Package Pricing:
1 Session - $85

Working out with a buddy is always better! Semi-private training gives you the opportunity to work alongside family member or friend, while still receiving personalized programming and coaching.
Package Pricing:
1 session: $140
5 sessions: $625 ($125/session)
10 sessions: $1,150 ($115/session)
20 sessions: $2,200 ($110/session)
Personal training can be extremely effective with the accountability of a coach from a screen. Zoom or FaceTime with me for each session to receive individualized coaching, cueing, and corrections for your workouts.

1 Session - $75

10 Pack - $670 ($8 off, $67 per session)
20 Pack - $1,300 ($10 off, $65 per session)
Individualized 4-week program sent to you with links to exercises demonstrations. Option to add on 1 or 2 zoom sessions per program to receive more individualized coaching.
